Hand signals are nice even if they are basic and simple, A team can move even when under fire as long as the leadership structure is trusted ( proven able to lead ) and has people willing to listen and fallow. Again some thing that hopefully this board can help to bring together. I would love to see a team move like the old A.C.O. or Geist company, I saw them guys run really efficiently when they needed to.

I think when you talk about Squad tactics there are a few different ways to go. The most important aspect is knowing what to do in any situation. Practicing with a team, and learning how each member operates is key. Practicing tactics repeatedly will get your team to not have to think when they make contact, or out on a patrol. They will respond without thinking and by muscle memory. Each service has it's own way of doing things. It's important that if you decide to mimick a service's tactics that everyone be mimicking those same doctrinal tactics.
