- Topic title's should be a good indicator of what the thread is about. We the moderators have the authority and the ability to change the title's, but don't make it our job.
- If you want to tell someone to do a search, you must also provide an answer to their question. If you cannot, then do not post on the topic. Any flaming or "find it yourself"s will be deleted. Suggestion = www.lmgtfy.com
- NO racist/sexist/abusive language. Avoid it or else.
- No double-posting. Use the Modify feature. We aren't here to get super-high postcounts.
- The mods can and will delete any content they see fit following a 24-warning. If it is content in direct violation of a rule, it will result in punishment. That will be up to the mods how it is handled. The mods may also lock threads as they see fit (reasonably, of course)
- All of us here have passed lower forms of education. Use the spelling, capitalization, grammar, and punctuation that you learned there, as things will go a lot smoother for everyone if we don't have to translate messages into English.
- Do not necro-post (post on "dead"/innactive threads) unless you have new and/or useful info to add. Two weeks is the cutoff date. This does not apply to commerce threads (but for the sake of saving space, try to keep all your stuff in one commerce thread).
- Don't like the way one of the mods is handling a situation with you? Send an admin a message about it. Public complaining about any moderation will be dealt with at the mods' discretion. You will be guaranteed at least one warning before any sort of permanent action will be taken.
- MilSim Michigan is for the most part 18+ exceptions are made to those under 18 if they are truly exceptional cases and well-liked by the community. For this reason, age must be listed in your profile and you must be telling the truth.
Note: These rules were borrowed and edited from Hadoken's original Michigan Airsoft forum rules.
