Hey guys I'm looking to put a rhino mount on my replica helmet for that little bit more of a realistic look and was wondering if someone could fill me in on what is needed to put one on or how it fits, and if it fits tightly on.
Because I have seen examples of rhino mounts with straps and I have seen them without, are the straps only used if you have a cover over your helmet?
Any help would be appreciated.

The mounts with straps generally require no drilling. Beyond that I have no experience with lids or NOD setups.

If the ones without straps are what you would want, and you literally drill a hole straight through your helmet. They will come with a nut and bolt, and tighten down securely.
Otherwise the one with a single strap across the helmet goes on in like 10 seconds, it's literally common sense to get it to work.
