Well, just got bored and I wanted to add what I wear out in the field to the gallery. The admin pouch is going to be tested out for practicality and whatnot tomorrow in the field, but the rest of it is pretty basic. 3 double stack M4 mag pouches, 2 M67 Fragmentation Grenade pouches, and a dump pouch. All on a nice looking interceptor vest. I'll post more pictures of all my stuff and specifics when I go out in the field tomorrow, but what do you guys think of what I've got there? EDIT: If you see a red tinge on the collar on your monitor.. No, it's not messed up. Just some blood from last Friday's training session.

Looks sweet man, though what would you need a dump pouch for when out in the field for your job? Because when I look at dump pouches I just don't see it being practical, if your in the heat of something your not gonna neatly tuck away your mag away and worry about it falling down and getting dirty, am I right or wrong? I must say it is a nice interceptor vest though

I would assume because he is in training and they probably won't be too excited if he lost their precious magazine.

I'm a bit confused; is this airsoft stuff? I thought Mosin was in the marines, so this could be the real McCoy. Regardless, I like it especially with the blood for added effect.

Our own Mike is in the USN as a Corpsman serving with the Marine Corp. And we are damned proud of him!
Not high-speed at all man, but if it works, go with it. I've heard of guys mounting their frags upside down under their mags for easier access to both, It may work better for ya. Just something to try out I suppose.
I assume you carry all of the boo-boo stuff and a retarded large bag?

Well.. I suppose I can address things that you've already said, before I add another picture. To speak on what the 1st post said.. Even having a dump pouch in the real environment is something all Marines usually carry. Think of it this way. Haji already might have two or three stolen M4's from our lost brothers, let's not give them the chance to easily access the tools to reload those things as well. As far as training goes, it's great for MRE holding and latex gloves. Second on there, I actually consider this rig pretty high speed/ low-drag. I can operate an M4 in a combat environment with pretty good proficiency as well as being able to access my grenades if need be. (Although I've only thrown one or two ... ) The only thing I didn't put was the rest of my gear, to include my trauma bag and some other toys and gadgets. Third up on here, yeah.. It's real McCoy gear. But I definitely would consider rocking it in a game of airsoft. I've got two SAPI plates in there that are good up to 7.62 mm rounds, along with the rest being your standard flak resistant. Weighs around 20 something pounds... I don't really notice it too much though on the 10 mile humps (Usually just the pressure point areas like the shoulders hurt after a while). Anywho... Here is another picture. This was taken when we had a 68 hour continuous operation in the field dealing with live tissue trauma and simulation. Needless to say it was the best 68 hours of my life. Hahah. In case you're wondering.. The rifles were rubber, due to fires being a constant problem.. the base didn't allow the shooting of sim rounds for the week that we just so happened to do the field op. So yelling "Bang bang" is all we had. Luckily I brought my ol' rubber knife that I used to use in rrr-soft. EDIT: The kevlar straps aren't blue.. Just came out that way on my phone for some reason. Oh.. And the face paint is just for the extra oorah motivation.

The green face paint with the desert camo is killing CommDog I bet. The uncovered hands too. He's the 6mm milsim camo Nazi!
Despite all the gear questions and comments I want to thank you for your service man. Stay safe!

Yeah.. If you look in my left cargo pocket, I've got my Oakley SI gloves (the spiffy carbon fiber ones) and the facepaint just turned out to look that way on the camera, just like the straps on the kevlar look blue, but they're really tan.
EDIT: Guess you can't see my cargo pockets in that picture. But you don't always need covered hands and a matching facepaint scheme to avoid detection or maintain stealth.
